This maiden copy of the newsletter, which we plan to make a regular feature, will give you a sampling of the kinds of activity we facilitate and enable, while summarizing our 2012 programming and related recent development activity. At its twelve-year mark, today’s work at the Hyattsville CDC is geared to deliver this kind of transformational result throughout our community over time. While many of our projects deliver immediately tangible results, most of the time our work is indirect, builds capacity, and the results are cumulative.
