About the City of Hyattsville 

The City of Hyattsville has been experiencing a locally-driven resurgence in development activity and investment that is reminiscent of previous growth eras. An incorporated municipality within Prince George’s County, the City covers 2.9 square miles and provides a home to approximately 18,000 residents. It is located just over a mile from the District of Columbia, and less than six miles from the dome of the U.S. Capitol.
