The Hyattsville Community Legacy Planning process continues with Community Assessments and analysis of Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats (SWOT) during the months of  February, March and April. The meetings are your chance to discuss where we are and where we're going!. Your views on past projects and possible new initiatives are essential to developing our 2010 Community Legacy Plan.

To capture your views, please take the our Community Legacy Plan Assessment Survey.  The survey should take no more than 20 minutes to complete, and it will provide the City of Hyattsville and the HCDC with valuable input.  The survey can completed in one of several ways:

*Print out the PDF version and fax your completed survey to 1.207.470.3805, 

*bring your completed survey to the next Community Legacy Plan event, or

*Drop your completed survey off at the City of Hyattsville's Office of Community Development located at 4310 Gallatin Street- 3rd Floor.
