University of MD - East Campus: The University of Maryland and its developer have formally filed a Detailed Site Plan for the East Campus Project: Phase 1 consists of 423,970 sq ft of retail, 815 residential units, a hotel containing 175-200 rooms, and 104,400 sq ft of office space. Additionally, this group has called the CDC to discuss some kind of program assistance they need rendered, and we are to speak soon.
