The Hyattsville Community Development Corporation will hold its annual meeting and election to the Board of Directors on Tuesday, March 12, 2013 at 7:30 p.m. in the Board Room of the offices of the Hyattsville CDC (4312 Hamilton Street)
In accordance with its Bylaws, the Nominating Committee hereby notifies the membership of the Annual Meeting and the Nominating Committee’s proposed slate of directors. Nominations may also be made for election to the HyCDC Board of Directors. Any member of the HyCDC may present him or herself as a write-in candidate at the annual meeting, provided two other individual members present at the annual meeting support the nomination.
There are three HyCDC Board of Directors positions (for terms through 2015) up for election at this meeting and one Board Member’s appointment by the Chairman must be ratified by the membership.

Announcement of a pending Annual Meeting was made in June and September of 2012, and at the previous membership meeting prior to the Annual meeting, and was posted to the Hyattsville CDC website and in a special newsletter issuance.
