Riverdale Park and College Park have decided to toss their hats into the ring of support for the Route 1 Market Study catalyzed by a Hyattsville development group. College Park was the third municipality along the corridor to jump on board with the study. Hyattsville agreed in September to participate, and the University Park Town Council said it would participate if two other municipalities also did. Riverdale Park joined the group on Oct. 14. All four communities have pledged $5,000 to the study, which is projected to cost $25,000 in all.
