ArtSpin is an exciting extravaganza featuring top notch local musicians, art exhibits, food and beverages. ArtSpin is a collaboration of Hyattsville Community Arts Alliance, Hyattsville Community Development Corporation, area schools, local businesses, the City of Hyattsville, and the Prince Georges Arts Council

Following the opening reception, artwork will remain on display for six additional weeks, with open gallery hours.

Participation is open to all artists without regard to membership.  However, sales by non-HCAA Members will be subject to a 10% commission payable to HCAA. Please visit http://hcaaonline.org for more information and to download an application.

Plaza Lofts Twenty-Two is the third residential component of University Town Center in Hyattsville, MD. This condominium is a uniquely designed project that takes full advantage of its site while serving as an anchor and iconic image along this mixed-use project’s primary retail corridor.

Plaza Lofts Twenty-Two Condominiums was designed by WDG Architecture of Washington, DC. The design is bold and eye-catching, yet contextual. A balance few buildings of this type and size achieve. Because of its existing site conditions, the building has been able to benefit from the unique use of long span structural steel design. The resulting twenty-two living environments are “one of a kind”.
